The project included the design of administrative, engineering, chassis assembly, shop areas and transport areas originally built to support two championship caliber cart racing teams but they now support two championship caliber IRL teams. The building materials used in the design provide a streamlined image reflective of the racing industry. The main lobby and chassis assembly area are large-volume spaces with natural light, which provide an open feeling within the facility.
