CSO Architects assisted Simon Property Group, Inc. in designing its new employee café and fitness center for their new downtown Indianapolis headquarter building.  Sited to take advantage of the natural daylight and views, the café features a bold design concept. Based on creating unexpected dining ‘experiences’, circle and oval shapes are wrapped in a curved wall punctuated in red.  Rich organic materials such as sorghum, an environmentally friendly substitute for wood, and bamboo are used to add warmth and texture to this organic contemporary design.
